What to Expect
During your visit, you will be seen by our eye health professionals for initial testing as part of your consultation with Dr Chiu. Your vision will be assessed, your medical history noted, and various tests performed as required. As part of a full eye examination, your pupils may be dilated. This means that you should not drive for two hours. Please bring sunglasses if you have them, as this will help with glare.
If you need to cancel an appointment
Please call us during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list. We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
